he Loading Ramp is Hawkes Bays Monteiths
bar featuring the family of five Monteiths beers and
the seasonal range. We are located in Havelock North
just a 15 minute drive from Napier and 10 minutes from
Hastings.
The Loading Ramp has a warm, rustic ambience with macrocarpa
floors and pioneering pictures displayed on the walls.
The bar features a large open wood fire to keep away
the winter chill and Havelock North’s largest
big screen exhibits major sporting events. The separate
restaurant carries its own identity and offers a cosy
atmosphere with a fresh, delectable menu matched with
the Monteiths range. The courtyard catches all day sun
and is the place to be on those warm summers days and
nights sipping on a cold Monteiths.
We offer several menus to cater for your every need.
The restaurant menu, encompasses fresh Hawkes Bay produce,
and can be taken both inside and out in our courtyard
to make the most of Hawkes Bays temperate climate. A
bar snack menu runs all day and ranges from chicken
burgers to poached mussels, from platters to our world
famous crazy fries. We also serve lunch and brunch runs
on weekends and public holidays.
Havelock North’s classic bar is open from 10
in the morning till late, seven days a week.
