There’s events aplenty, all designed to help you get a whole lot more from your beer

n previous years we’d only put the marquee up, at most, say twice a year, but these days there are events on the go all year around. Now there’s a couple of real pearlers worth crawling over molten coals for. We’re talking about events like the annual Monteith’s Beer and Wild Food Challenge and the Whitianga Scallop Festival, where the grub’s up literally!
