Every beer tells a story

doesn’t mean we’re about to start showing
off ~ although we’re proud of every beer we make,
as each and every one is a classic. Not that you’d
put them in a museum; these are for drinking ~ nice
and full and fresh. Monteith’s philosophy stays
the same ~ to discover the world’s great beer styles
and bring them home to New Zealand (all the while giving
them our own unique touch). There are now six beers
in the family to choose from, and the occasional limited
release for good measure. Open up the cabinet and have
a look around.
A good temperature, a nice pour and a little time
reveals quite a lot
To discover the full flavours of Monteith’s beers,
try them at a cool 7ºC rather than an ice-cold
1ºC. An exception to this is our Black Beer, which
can be enjoyed at room temperature. Pour your Monteith’s
with a hearty head. It’s appealing to both eye
and palate and brings out the subtle aromas. And always
take time to enjoy your beer. This allows you to fully
enjoy the complex flavours within each beer style.
